I am Judith, a trained Sports nutritionist and sports scientist.
My academic path took me through renowned institutions, including University of Salzburg, where I studied sports science, and the University of Utah, where I completed dietology with a focus on sports nutrition. In addition to my degrees in sports and nutrition, I have a degree in Romance studies. As ISAK level 2 anthropometrist and sports science training therapist Do I bring a extensive scientific basis and practical experience with, to athletes and to help health-conscious individuals. My qualifications also include certificates as tennis instructor and Nordic walking instructor as well as certification in Taping kinesio tape level 1 & 2.
