Individual Consultation & Personal Support
In a personal consultation, we take a comprehensive look at your current situation and together we develop a plan that fits you and your daily life. If you compete, this topic will also be addressed. If your focus is on optimal nutrition for regular exercise, then several points here are also essential.
In my coaching, I consider:
- the optimal optimal energy and nutrient supply for your body,
- performance and recovery,
- nutrition for training and competition,
- optimizing body composition,
- managing fatigue, performance lows, or digestive issues,
- allergies and intolerances,
- practical everyday solutions for cooking, shopping, and meal planning,
- your daily life beyond sports.
Especially with allergies or intolerances, it's important to me that nutrition doesn't cause additional stress. Together, we'll find practical and individual solutions to make eating uncomplicated and manageable in everyday life again.
Supplements can also be a topic of discussion during our consultation. We'll cover:
- whether supplements are necessary and actually beneficial,
- when taking them makes sense,
- if you do use them, what the correct dosage is for you,
- what to consider regarding quality and usage.
Focus: Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs)
Adequate energy intake is crucial for performance and health. Current data show that some athletes – consciously or unconsciously – do not provide their bodies with enough energy, leading to a long-term state of low energy availability. This results in decreased performance and health complications (e.g., fractures, absent periods, sleep disturbances, weakened immune system). I support athletes by analyzing their nutrition for REDs. If you have been diagnosed with REDs, I will help you optimize your diet and recover from REDs. If you suspect REDs could be the cause of your issues, we will conduct an analysis and adjust your diet as needed.
Our aim is always a individual, meaningful and evidence-based support – tailored to your needs and goals.
In addition to individual consultations, there is also the option of more intensive, individualized support over a longer period – for example, in preparation for a competition, after an injury or accompanying intensive training phases. Everything is personally tailored to you so that you can optimally integrate the recommendations into your daily life.

I offer workshops and webinars for schools, clubs and teams. These can cover both general principles of sports nutrition as well as specific topics tailored individually.
